David Maisel

A San Francisco-based photographer, Maisel is principally focused on sites that have been affected by the environment. I had seen some of his work before (without knowing whose) and was excited to find his website today via space collective. I love all of the colors associated with oxidation/patina - the richness of his palette knocks me out. It probably goes without saying that my current map obsession makes them especially exciting to me just now.
