Back from Maine

My trip was speedier and rainier than I would have liked, but I'll get back again soon. Too rainy for many pics, but here are a few. Storm coming in across the water (wish I could have captured it better!), a mushroom on a stump, and a wounded birch that looks as though it got swiped by a plough.
